Please read these Terms and Conditions before you place any order with Haraka Tours limited.
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the agreement for the purchase of any service from Haraka Tours Limited. Where these Terms & Conditions have been translated and there is an inconsistency in the language, the meaning attributed under the English language shall prevail.
Your completion of registration and payment is subject to these Terms and conditions. We may accept or reject your custom at our sole discretion.
The indemnification obligations herein are contingent on a party giving notice to the indemnifying party promptly upon becoming aware of any claim for which it seeks indemnification (an “Indemnity Claim”). An indemnified party shall provide the indemnifying party with reasonable nonmonetary assistance in the defence of an Indemnity Claim. The indemnifying party shall have the right to assume the defence of an Indemnity Claim with counsel of its choice, subject to the approval of such counsel by the indemnified party (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed). No indemnity obligation shall exist with respect to an Indemnity Claim that arises from a nonindemnifying party’s gross negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of this Agreement.

You agree that your participation in any tour provided by Haraka Tours Limited is at your own risk and is done so completely voluntarily.
You are aware that during any tour there are risks can potentially arise and that include, but are not limited to, injuries, illnesses and loss or damage of personal property
You understand that as such your property, including but not limited to, luggage and personal items, may be lost or damaged during a tour and you waive any rights to a monetary claim for any loss or damage from Haraka Tours Limited.
You understand that there may be last minute changes of schedule or cancellation of schedules for travel or during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, delays, travel restrictions, breakdowns and you will not hold Haraka Tours Limited for such said cancellations
You understand that it is highly advisable to take out a travel insurance policy before joining any Haraka Tour to ensure you are well covered for potential circumstances that can occur costs such as personal injury and medical expenses, lost or damaged items, cancellation or missed departure and any other incidents.
I unconditionally release, discharge and indemnify and keep indemnified Haraka Tours and any of its representatives from all responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to any of my property, or any injury to me arising in any manner whatsoever (including by way of negligence of any other person or entity) during my participation in a Tour.
I confirm that in the event any term or provision of this Indemnity is found to be unenforceable or void, in whole or in part, then the offending term shall be construed as valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions in this Indemnity shall remain in full force and effect. This Indemnity shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
I acknowledge that I have accepted the risks stated above and given the indemnity stated above of my own free will and I have not relied upon any verbal, written or visual representations or statements made by Haraka Tours and any of its representatives.
Price and payment

The price of the Travel Arrangements will be the price indicated on the booking pages of our website when you place your booking or the price communicated to you over the phone, when contacting the Haraka Tours team.
Currency rates displayed on our website are not verified or guaranteed by us as being accurate and should be used as guidelines only. Exchange rates are not updated every day and actual exchange rates may vary slightly.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Travel Arrangements we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your booking so that, where the correct price at your booking date is less than our advertised price at your booking date, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price at your booking date is higher than the price advertised, we will contact you for your instructions before we confirm your booking.
Please note we apply a non-refundable deposit and booking fee for the processing of all bookings made with us which is included in the final price advertised. The value of the fee applicable to you booking will be communicated to you before you place your booking.
In the event that you change your mind and/or are unable to make the trip, we will discuss with you whether the deposit (in full or part) can be refunded to you depending on the costs that we have incurred on your behalf.
